I am currently changing my career path - studying psychology and am always eager to learn/experience new things. I first connected with Lilly through a friend and joined one of her short programs. I just wanted to thank you for the session. You were truly great — your calm, pleasant approach and positive energy made it so easy to open up and reflect. Your guidance really helped me structure my thoughts and gave me a much clearer view of how to move forward.
One of the biggest insights I took away was that I don’t have to do everything big right from the beginning — small steps are just as valuable and will lead to bigger goals. It was also very reassuring to realize that slowing down isn’t a bad thing, but part of the journey.

Morning Lilly, I do apologise. I only just got around to having a look at your workbook. I love it - it's easy to follow, and it actually made me think about my overthinking (if that makes sense 😂). It reminds me a little of CBT and changing your thought patterns 👍

Seriously I’ve been on the fly since we hang up the video call. Starting journaling has been in my mind for ages to start again and I did straight after our session 🖊️
So far, haven’t procrastinated anything that I needed to do. I tend to but I couldn’t hahah that’s crazy 🤪 as a habit when I have things to do usually grab my phone and say lemme check my mail, lemme put a music or video in the background and find myself on insta scrolling 😔 but now none of them! Even if I grab my phone, I cannot distract myself, just focused on the task to get it done!
I cannot remember when was the last time I was this dedicated.
Also, I realised my feelings towards doing things have changed. I don’t feel like things that I need to do are holding me back from what I REALLY wanna do. This things are helping me to get to the point where I can do whatever I want to do 🌻

I highly recommend working with Lillian to remove and limiting beliefs which are setting you back. She helped me release a lot of emotions that I didn’t even realise I was carrying. I felt very safe being vulnerable around Lillian. She also hypnotised me so I was able to give up white bread. I can’t wait to book in for further work with her in other areas. I give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
